Radiation Question, Can You Help?

Hi,
I’ve had 2 chest X-ray in the December/Jan area and then I had a barium swallow (with the X-rays etc) done about 1.5 months ago (The average barium swallow radiation exposure is: 2 mSv or so I’ve read)
They now want to send me for a Urea breath test where you swallow Urea with C14 or C13 attached to it.
Is that too much radiation in a small time frame?
This is what the test says
“The test produces radiation exposure equal to 24 hours of normal background. In animal experiments, such low doses of radiation do not carry measurable risk.
Preclinical studies were not conducted on 14C-urea. The estimated dose equivalent received from a single administration (1?Ci 14C) is about 0.3 mrem.”
Should I be worried?
