    The false statement is “A”.
    Exposure of material to low doses of ionizing radiation does not make that material radioactive. When you get an x-ray, you are not made radioactive either.
    It is true that some critics SAY that radiation may destroy some of the foods vitamins. I doubt that very many people think radiation would destroy minerals (but that statement doesn’t even have a letter so I guess it isn’t one of the choices), but some critics have doubtless said that to because people will and have said nearly everything.
