It is true that some critics SAY that radiation may destroy some of the foods vitamins.  I doubt that very many people think radiation would destroy minerals (but that statement doesn&#039;t even have a letter so I guess it isn&#039;t one of the choices), but some critics have doubtless said that to because people will and have said nearly everything.]]></description>
